Hannibal Machine offers CNC and manual machining, light manufacturing, fixture work, fabrication that supports a machined part, and machinery repair. Volume is prototype through low- and mid-volume production.
Machining
Light and heavy machining in metals and alloys. Milling, turning, boring, drilling, honing, and broaching. CNC mill envelope to 84 x 34 x 30 in, with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines. CNC turning envelope to 30 in swing and 85 in between centers, including mill-turn with a subspindle. Manual mills and engine lathes cover repair work and larger-diameter turning.
Prototypes, fixtures, and short runs
Prototype and first-article work is a core job. We also build jigs and fixtures, then release a small or mid-size production lot in the same shop.
Waterjet and fabrication
Flow waterjet, 6 x 12 table, 60,000 psi, material to 8 in thick, for blanks, profiles, and near-net shapes ahead of machining. Welding in steel, stainless and aluminum for machined weldments and repairs.
Machinery repair and rebuilding
Repair and rebuild work for production equipment, including line parts that have to go back into service.
